Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan
Exercise physiology uses evidence-based exercise, to improve health, function, and quality of life for people with chronic and complex conditions. With a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from your GP, you may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for exercise physiology services.
NDIS
We support NDIS participants to build strength, capacity, independence, and confidence through individualised, evidence-based exercise programs. As a non-registered NDIS provider, services can be accessed by participants who are plan-managed or self-managed.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
Our clinic helps veterans and their families improve health, function, and quality of life through personalised, evidence-based exercise programs. With a referral from your GP you may be eligible to receive Exercise Physiology rebates.
Private Health Insurance
You can self-refer to an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and use your private health insurance extras cover to receive rebates for personalised, evidence-based exercise programs. These programs help improve strength, function, and overall wellbeing, tailored to your individual needs.
Insurance Schemes
We accept a range of insurance referrals including Workers Compensation, Comare and Insurance Commission of Western Australia.
