Will Waters

Will Waters

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Will holds an under-graduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Postgraduate Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree after graduating from Curtin University in 2022 and has been working at Bloom Allied Health since August 2021.

Will has been able to gain experience in the field working at numerous clinics around Perth in both one-on-one and group settings. In doing so, he has developed an interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Will has always seen the benefits of exercise in developing personal growth, both physically and mentally, through his active lifestyle and is eager to share his knowledge and help improve the health and wellbeing of others.

Sport and exercise are really important to him and you gave him hope and confidence that he could recover and improve when he needed it most.

We are truly grateful not just for the training you provided, but for being a wonderful mentor for him.”

Sarah Abbott

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Sarah previously worked as a Marine-Environmental Scientist for 7 years. Throughout this time, she also sought help for the management of persistent back pain and a spinal condition, known as Ankylosing Spondylitis. Understanding some of the fascinating science behind pain and experiencing first-hand the empowering role and therapeutic value of movement, Sarah made the decision to retrain in Exercise Physiology.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2017 with a Postgraduate diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Sarah enjoyed providing practical support to clients and cultivating an environment, within clinic settings, that allowed individuals to feel safe in exploring and building on their goals and capabilities. Influenced enormously by her own journey, Sarah’s areas of special interest are related to chronic pain management and concepts of ‘predictive processing’ and ‘play’ within rehabilitation and wellbeing.

Sarah is also a mother of two and is excited for the opportunity to be integrating her vocation with motherhood.
